If you want to return your items (although we don’t understand why?!) you have 14 days to get it back to us to secure a refund. We’re a non-profit so that means we’re not able to refund any of the shipping costs – that includes both the cost of shipping the item to you, and the cost of shipping the item back to us.
If you want to return your items, email us at shop@statusqueer.se – there we’ll let you know how to return the order. Once we’ve received the item in its original condition then we can refund you through paypal.
