✨💊It’s time for your next dose of antidote darling💊✨

📍Location: Ringön – details with confirmation of place
🕕Time: 18:00-21:00 on April 5th

🌟We’ve got 15 workshop spaces. If you belong to one of our 5 priority groups (LGBTQ+ working class people, racialised people, people with disabilities, elderly people and binary & non-binary trans people) you’re first in line for a spot – so let us know in the sign up form!

For more info on our priority groups click here.🌟

Are you 🤢sick🤮 of cis-het normative bullshit poison being constantly rubbed into the wounds opened up by the violence of living in the 📛 racist 📛 ableist 📛 agist 📛 queerphobic 📛 transphobic world around us? 😵😵😵 💊 Then boy-o do we have the cure for you! 💉

⛑️⛑️MOTGIFTET⛑️⛑️ (the antidote) is the perfect time to come together, unwind, tool-up and heal – all while we put on a lil 🎭🎨cultural something-something🎥👩‍🎨 to get those good juices 💦 flowing and dive deeper into our theme of the month.

Feminist Culture House (FCH) is hosting a workshop on collaborations and agreement writing in the arts 🖼 and cultural 🎭 field. Peer support, collective sharing, and community building are central elements of their practice,🤗 so this workshop will be conversational—we’ll practice thinking about our needs, then create small zines 📒 about them. FCH will also provide guidance and examples of the feminist practices they use when approaching collaborations, and introduce tools ⛏ for welcoming trans artists and arts workers into safe collaborative relationships. 🥰

FCH is a Helsinki-based non-profit working with and for underrepresented artists. 👨‍🎨 They work towards equitable futures and advancing feminist politics in the arts 👩🏾‍🎨through providing learning opportunities for individuals and institutions. They focus on creating tools 🔨for change to create fair working conditions, 💪🏻 better representation, 💪🏽and more inclusive institutional structures. 💪🏾

Are you spending too many sleepless nights deciding whether you should spend your pocket money supporting the local LGBTQ+ community or pimping out your room with a fabulous piece of art? No? Well doesn’t it sound like a fucking great idea to do both anyway??

The point of this shop is to support queer and trans artists – that’s why we make sure all the profits go to the artists themselves.
